The Battlefords River Valley, located between the City of North Battleford and the Town of Battleford is a picture perfect place to hike, ski, photograph wildlife or wild flowers or just spend time gazing at the panoramic view.
Created by glaciation and continually changing by the constant wear and tear of the North Saskatchewan and Battle Rivers, this valley is one of the most picturesque landscapes in the province. The valley is rich in both natural and cultural history waiting to be explored.
Formal development of the valley from the Battleford's River Valley Masterplan has just begun but the potential is limitless.
